SHIPPING POLICY
Mostly all items are handcrafted new for our customers and generally take 3 weeks from purchase until they arrive. Please note that larger items can take up to 5 weeks as it takes a little time to organise a specialist Fragile courier to ensure they arrive safely.
Post and packaging costs are included in the price of all of our products to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we may need to add extra costs for parcels going to the Highlands and Islands. We use reputable couriers to ship our packages and will always try to arrange a good day for delivery to suit you. If you intend to buy more than one item please let us know because you can save money if we can combine items into the same parcel.
REFUND POLICY
Most items that are bespoke to your personal tastes cannot be returned so ensure you´re happy with your decisions before confirming your order. We work hard with you to supply accurate illustrated designs which give a great graphic representation though never 100% due to transparencies in colours and lighting conditions of where your items will be displayed.
Any items bought from the shop can be returned in the same condition in the same packaging by a reputable courier within 2 weeks for a refund of the initial purchase minus our delivery costs.
Please note that any damages must be notified to us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged packaging and mirror. We are extremely careful with our packaging and very rarely have a breakage but if we do we will replace the item as soon as possible at zero expense to yourself.
